United StatesAwful. To date I have not received my order. I was sent an email on 9/23 stating my order had shipped. After about five days I’ve checked the status everyday. It only states label created. I called Nine West and was told to call UPS. UPS said it would be delivered once a pickup is scheduled. Numerous calls later, still no shoes. The last call a rude young lady told me I could not be refunded til 10/13. No one offered to check the warehouse on the status of the shoes. My first and last buy from Nine West
