Super disappointed
I ordered 6 pairs of shoes when I ordered these boots. When I switched the color of the boot it changed the shoe size from a 10 to a 5. I did not realize this until my delivery came and when I tried to exchange them the company refused I ended up getting a refund. I was not offered the same shoe in the correct size, and was told that wasnt possible. This disappointed me greatly because I almost exclusively by my shoes from Nine West.

These boots are made for walking
These boots are really nice and very comfortable to walk in. The heel is just the right width & height. Would purchase this item again in a different color.

The boots I was waiting for!
Finally a pair of brown boots with a heel. I needed brown but didn’t want low heeled riding boots. These fit the bill perfectly. True to size and comfortable from day one. �
