United StatesUnexpectedly, the boots turned out to be very cheap looking, the shaft is just a rag, for 70 dollars even at a discount it’s strange... plus they sent me the wrong size and I’m returning it, I was disappointed in Nine West this year, because before they had quality much higher, I will never buy from them again, they charged $10 for shipping and $7 for return, this is unacceptable, it was their fault for delivering me the wrong size, instead of 8.5 they delivered 5.5
